Best of Show/Acrylic Animal Paintings
The piece below "Tree of Life" won Best of Show in the Visalia Art League Membership Show in September 2013. It was such an honor and a great way to start my membership with the Visalia Art League!

Enjoying the wonderful fruit from California's Central Valley! I found a dead bee in my backyard, so of course I made use of it!
Gouache Flower Studies
These are just a few fun flower studies. I played with different lighting for each piece. I utilized blue, red, and yellow light bulbs to get interesting effects.
